What People Say
“Wilma’s Transition Society engaged PossiblitiesUnlimited for strategic planning in December of 2020. Pany Aghili facilitated the strategic planning for us which was a great experience for staff and board alike. She was thoughtful and intentional in her approach, and patient and engaging as we, simultaneously, went through a very busy time at our organization. The final product submitted not only looks professional but it is in fact useful with initiatives and metrics incorporated into the plan. This is a document that we will use as a roadmap for Wilma’s success for the next three years. I highly recommend Pany for supporting your organization through your next strategic planning process.” Kathleen Mosa, Executive Director, Wilma’s Transition Society
“Pany is an all rounded leader with great cultural, situational, and people awareness. She leads by example and during her time at Dixon Transition Society as the Executive Direction she transformed the organization into an effective, efficient, engaged and learning organization. Pany’s caring, empathic, humble, positive personality shined every day and in every conversation. Pany’s leadership skills, her strategic thinking and approach, and extensive organizational knowledge and experience will be an asset to any organization she works with in the future.” Naveed Nadri, Director of Procurement, Contract Management and Accounts Payable at Vancity
“Pany is a proven proactive leader with strong mentorship, coaching, and interpersonal skills. During her time at Dixon she fostered a healthy workplace and positively influenced the Dixon staff to become an engaged, passionate, and dedicated team. Pany was successful in cultivating a healthy workplace through engagement and clear and collaborative planning. Pany also created and fostered a healthy work environment through teamwork, cooperation, trust, and respect, which ensured a successful team.
Pany has the proven ability, through her training and coaching skills, to develop future leaders. She was flexible in her approach and understood staff members’ individual skills and assets. She utilized those strengths to support staff to grow and develop in their current and new roles. Pany challenged the team to grow by encouraging staff accountability and by allowing the necessary space to learn from mistakes. She supported staff goals and helped them to go outside of their comfort zone, by for example, supporting their transition into new and challenging roles within the organization.” Claire Kalfon, Manager of Operations & Services at Dixon Transition Society
“Pany has a keen sense for organizational dynamics and guiding change to create value for organizations and the communities they serve. I have known and worked with Pany since 2007, during her tenure at bc211. Pany has the ability to identify the specific barriers preventing organizations from reaching their potential and is able to develop and implement action plans to effectively address these. She guided the change process from status quo practices to a coaching culture in a growing organization. Pany used her knowledge in change management to guide the organization through the change process. She did this through her transparency, engagement of key stakeholders, and ability to identify and navigate challenges in a thoughtful way. Through her leadership, Pany was instrumental in fundamentally changing the organizational culture while supporting service excellence.” Kristina Trommel, Intake Specialist at Fraser Health Authority
